Senica Air Conditioning, Inc. has been awarded the Carrier 2016 President’s Award, Carrier Corporation’s highest honor for its dealers. The award was presented at Carrier’s annual awards dinner and dealer conference in Huntington Beach, California.
Winners of the elite President’s Award serve as role models for their fellow Carrier dealers nationwide. The award presents the opportunity for recipients to aid other dealers, share “best practices” and offer peer mentoring to cultivate excellence across the dealer groups as a whole. Senica Air Conditioning, Inc. was one of 150 companies chosen from a field of approximately 6,500 Carrier dealers nationwide.
The President’s Award, started in 2007, is an annual award that recognizes dealers who exemplify quality in customer service and are considered one of Carrier’s model Factory Authorized Dealers when working with consumers. The selection criteria for 2016 focused on leadership, management, integrity, performance, industry expertise and operational excellence in all areas that are critical to exceeding the quality, comfort and performance expectations of Carrier customers.
